Legal Warranty
The Maison guarantees that every Les Parisiennes creation complies with the quality standards required under the applicable legislation.
The Client is entitled to the statutory legal warranty of conformity provided for by the laws in force in the country where the purchase was made.
The warranty exclusively covers defects in conformity or manufacturing defects existing at the time the creation is delivered.
The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:
- normal wear and tear arising from regular use;
- improper or negligent use of the creation;
- accidents or accidental damage;
- improper storage;
- failure to follow the care instructions provided by the Maison;
- repairs, modifications or alterations carried out by persons not authorised by the Maison;
- the natural ageing of leather or any other materials used.
Any claim under the legal warranty must be submitted within the time limits established by the applicable legislation.
Where a lack of conformity is confirmed, the Maison shall, in accordance with the applicable legislation and at its sole discretion:
- repair the creation;
- replace the creation with an identical model, where available;
- provide an equivalent creation; or
- grant a full or partial refund, where provided by the applicable legislation.
Nothing in these Terms of Sale shall limit or exclude any mandatory rights granted to the Client under applicable law.
