Production and dispatch

Every Les Parisiennes creation is handcrafted in Italy. Certain creations are produced exclusively on a made-to-order basis. Production and delivery estimates may vary according to production requirements, material availability, destination and circumstances beyond the Maison’s reasonable control. We will provide available updates if a significant delay occurs.

Delivery times

Les Parisiennes is committed to dispatching orders as quickly as possible. Delivery estimates shown on the website are provided for guidance. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, delivery shall be made within a maximum period of 30 days from the conclusion of the sales contract.

Destinations, charges and carriers

Orders are shipped to the delivery address supplied at checkout and to the countries available on the website at the time of purchase. Shipping costs, available services and estimates are shown before the order is confirmed. Shipments are carried by specialised couriers selected for reliability, security and traceability.

Delivery and risk

The risk of loss of or damage to the creation passes when the Client, or a designated third party other than the carrier, takes physical possession, unless applicable law provides otherwise. On delivery, check the number and condition of packages. Visible damage or tampering should be noted on the carrier’s receipt and reported promptly to help@lesparisiennes.it.

Customs duties and taxes

For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, local VAT or other governmental charges may apply. Unless checkout expressly states that they are included, these charges are the Client’s responsibility and are determined by the destination authorities.

Delays

Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, force majeure or other circumstances beyond the Maison’s reasonable control do not constitute a breach of the Terms of Sale. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
