Return and Refund Policy

Return right

Eligible consumers may notify us of a return within the statutory period applicable where they live. In the European Economic Area this is generally 14 days from delivery, subject to legal exceptions.

Condition

Products must be unworn, undamaged and returned with original components. Try shoes indoors on a clean, soft surface. Personalised, used, damaged or legally excluded goods may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.

Procedure

Email return@lesparisiennes.it with your order number before sending anything. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Unless law or our stated offer requires otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds and exchanges

Returned products are inspected before approval. Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method, including standard outbound delivery where required by law. Direct exchanges depend on availability.

Faulty or incorrect items

Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. Contact help@lesparisiennes.it promptly with photographs if an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect.
